When you first receive the bike. Open the box. Check for damage. If there is any damage note the damage on the shipping manifest before signing for it and ask the driver to sign it to. (Driver don't have to sign)  Wright a dollar amount on the manifest of what you think it will cost to fix
the bike.(If you think it's totaled wright the amount you paid for the bike). All our products are checked prior to shipping. There for you the  customers are responsible for filing a calm against the shipping COMPANY  as they are the one's that did the damage to your shipment.The ShippingCO.PH # will be on the manifest please call them for a clam form they will send a insurance adjuster out to look at the bike after you file. Keep a copy of the shipping manifest as you will need it to file a clam against them. Accept it.  Take pictures.  Then email them to us and too the shipping COMPANYs INSURANCE CO. All skin pnl's and lights etc. are replaceable. Do not refused  If it is damaged beyond repair take pictures and file a claim against the shipping CO it's is their responsibility to replace or refund you the full amount you paid if the bike is totaled.  Once you sign the shipping  manifest you are responsible for all extra damage that are not noted.  The cardboard may not look real good, but the scooter are most likely fine. We have had real good luck with very little damage. We work hard to help you resolve all shipping problems but it's not the responsibility of BJsPriceBuster for shipping damage as by accepting the shipment the shipping COMPANY agree THAT the shipment was in good condition when they picked it up with no damage.

Do to money transferring time etc, it can take up to 10 to17  business days for the bike to arrive It can even be longer that date are only estimates.. It will  most likely be  faster then that. Please be  patient.   If your paranoid about that. Please buy a scooter at your local Dealer. You will be able Drive the scooter away in a day or two. You will pay double for that privilege. Up to you.
Keep in mind while you spent a little
time waiting you are saving over  $3000.00   I think it's worth the wait. I will keep in touch with you on the progress of the transaction. I have been selling scooters  since 2001 and  started specializing in the CFMoto 250 in 2005. If your worried about buying on the Internet. Please go to the warranty and policy page and check my license out. You will find it clean, bet you can can't find a car or motorcycle dealer in your home town that has a record = to that.

 It will be 2 too 7 days or longer after you receive the bike that  you will receive the MCO by USPS you will need that document to get it licensed and a bill of sale.
I will send a bill of sales a few days before you receive the bike. So you can ride the bike while waiting for MCO I will send a temporary license with the bill of sale . I want you riding
